Listing or Attending Events
By listing on Sonderplace or attending an event posted on the platform, you consent to being recorded (audio, video, photographs, livestream). You grant Sonderplace a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, edit, and publish that content in any format for promotional or marketing purposes.
Featured Communities
Featured communities agree to cross-sell other communities within the Sonderplace ecosystem. You consent to promotional outreaches or mentions between communities as part of the featured arrangement.
No Endorsement and User Responsibility
Community groups, events, services, products, or listings displayed on Sonderplace are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or verification by Sonderplace. You agree to conduct your own due diligence before engaging with any community, host, service provider, or product listed on the platform.
By using Sonderplace, you acknowledge and agree that Sonderplace is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage, injury, dispute, or claim arising from your interactions, transactions, or engagements with third parties listed on the platform. All engagements are undertaken at your own risk, and you accept full responsibility for your decisions and actions.
User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
You agree not to misuse the site. This includes, but is not limited to:

All payments made to Sonderplace are non-refundable, because our programs are largely experiences and not physical products. By registering for any program, membership, or event, you acknowledge that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

You agree to respect the privacy of other members and not disclose, share, or distribute any private information shared within the community without the express consent of the individual concerned. Any breach of confidentiality may result in immediate removal from the community.

We reserve all rights to our intellectual property — no content, design, format, or experience from Sonderplace may be copied, reproduced, or replicated without our express written consent.

When we propose original products to founders or design the same, should the founder opt to not pursue, we reserve the right to retain our intellectual property and to present the same ideas to a ready and willing founder.
