Sonderhaus
Sonderhaus is a community-built residential project.
Each living area has a few residencies. Intimate ones where individuals and families can live and thrive.
In our community, you can connect as much or as little as you want to. Whether over coffee that's available 24 hours a day or through shared interests like chess or gym classes. If it's solitude you require, then you can take long strolls within green spaces or walk your furry friend in our dog park.
At Sonderhaus, facilities are excellently maintained by on-ground staff. We prioritize both form and function.

You can live and work at Sonderhaus, as we provide a conference room and pods for those who work from home.
What if you're new to town? Then our staff will tell you where to find a moving crew, groceries, cleaners, or even the best schools for your kids.
You need community. No matter how independent you are, all it takes is for someone to make eye contact and say a genuine, "Good day", for you to feel seen.
If this sounds like what you've been searching for, then, read on.
A Case for Sonderhaus
Global Loneliness Epidemic
In 2023, a survey of 142 countries stated that nearly 1 in 4 adults reported feeling very or fairly lonely. By November 2023, the World Health Organisation (WHO) had declared loneliness a "global health threat". Loneliness affects a broad spectrum of people, and its consequences extend beyond mental health, impacting physical health and societal well-being. Community-based living can reduce the impact of loneliness.
Addictive Technology & Mental Health
Of concern is the mental health crisis associated with addictive technology, especially social media and digital devices. Evidence is mounting that the pervasive use of technology is fuelling anxiety, sleep disorders, body dysmorphia, substance abuse, and escapism, to name a few. The “cure” is getting people to look up from their devices, exchanging hours spent on technology for other forms of play. SonderHaus will provide this.
Growing Urbanization
Urbanization is a significant global trend that has reshaped how communities form and function, especially in terms of social ties, shared identities, and the human concept of community. Over 55% of the world's population lives in urban areas and this is set to rise to 68% by 2050.
While it brings many advantages in terms of access to resources and services, urbanization contributes to social fragmentation, increasing feelings of isolation, and weakening shared social ties. Sonderhaus will forge social ties.
Post-COVID 19 Imperatives
The COVID-19 pandemic had a profound and far-reaching impact on people's perception of the importance of in-person interactions. During the pandemic, many people experienced heightened feelings of loneliness and social isolation due to restrictions on in-person gatherings and this created a stark realization of the importance of human connection for mental, emotional, and social well-being. Sonderhaus promotes well-being.
Investment Value of Real Estate
Sonderhaus is not just about community-based living. Real estate itself has investment value and has long been used as a store of wealth, offering both financial growth and security. Therefore, the project is of economic interest alone, even without the other aspects.
The global real estate investment market was valued at approximately $8.54 trillion in 2022 and is projected to grow to $17.22 trillion by 2032, with a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 7.27% from 2023 to 2032.
